Qualifications

• Experience in retail checkout and customer interaction.
• Ability to operate the self-checkout and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and leave the store.
• Greet customers at the checkout line and scan items.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain checkout area cleanliness.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Support Blain’s Rewards sign-ups and loyalty programs.
• Assist on the sales floor and with customer care when required.
• Follow all policies related to safety, HR, and operations.
