Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate in Romeoville, IL to support our customer service mission and fulfillment operations. You will identify, weigh, move products, prepare shipping, label boxes, and process shipments while upholding safety and loss prevention policies.

This role requires good communication, prior retail experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets.
• Scan and label boxes for shipping.
• Pack, tape and seal boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments and coordinate with shipping providers.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
