Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to provide one-stop service for customers.
