Job summary

PetVet Care Centers' Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island in West Islip, NY, is seeking a Co-Care Coordination Supervisor to join a fast-paced, team-driven hospital. This role leads front desk operations and upholds the organization-wide Customer Service Standards across clerical staff.

You will partner with the CSOM and Hospital Administrator to ensure high-quality client care, support scheduling and staffing, and serve as a role model for professional conduct in a busy veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating in a medical or veterinary office preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and front-line customer service skills.
• Ability to model professional behavior and train clerical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on front-desk customer service, ensuring VMCLl standards are met by all clerical staff.
• Collaborate with CSOM, HA, and Hospital Administrator to optimize client care workflows.
• Support supervisors and team with scheduling, performance, and coverage during busy periods.
