Responsibilities

• Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws and inspecting documents to determine citizenship or violations.
• Preventing undocumented noncitizens and smugglers near borders using surveillance and other assets.
• Interpreting physical evidence of illegal entry and performing checks across various locations.
