Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity and funds verification.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members as needed.
• Assist lobby management and answer inquiries via phone per bank standards.
