Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to training locations and cover travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact and provide accurate teller services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch specialists for additional services.
• Support branch operations and lobby management while maintaining security and compliance.
• Assist with inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
