Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank is seeking a Full-Time Teller to serve as the face of the branch, delivering world-class customer service while handling transactions with accuracy and confidentiality. You will balance daily activity and introduce customers to a banker for tailored financial solutions.

The role reports to the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager, and you will be part of a team focused on compliance, product knowledge, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Written and oral communication skills are required for effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to accurately perform transactions and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform and follow the Bank’s policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Operate teller window and balance daily.
• Meet and exceed teller sale/referral goals.
• Process cash and non-cash bank transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Develop relationships with clients and refer to bankers for appropriate services.
