Reports To: Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. This non-exempt position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to banking policies. Previous cash handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• Not remote-eligible; office environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance daily and follow bank policies and procedures.
• Meet and exceed teller sale/referral goals.
• Develop relationships with clients and refer to bankers.
• Handle night deposits, ATM balancing and related duties.
• Stay informed on banking products and services.
