Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank seeks a Full-Time Teller to deliver world-class customer service by handling transactions accurately and efficiently. This role acts as the face of the bank, guiding customers toward additional banking services and referrals to bankers.

Responsibilities include balancing the cash drawer, meeting sales goals, and maintaining knowledge of banking products. Not remote-eligible; on-site environment with daily customer interaction.

• Develop client relationships and refer to bankers.
• Perform additional duties including night deposits and ATM balancing.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and banking regulations.
