Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Universal Banker I to drive new customers and relationships at the branch. You will provide efficient teller services, educate customers on digital tools, and identify financial needs to offer appropriate solutions.

You will refer clients to Personal Bankers and lending specialists to support deposits and loans. The role emphasizes relationship-building, compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all channels.

Competenze

• 1+ years of cash-handling and customer-service experience required.
• Prior banking or retail financial-services experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
