Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle cashier’s checks, money orders, certified checks, and card payments.
• Provide access to safe deposit boxes and assist with related docs.
• Balance cash drawer and ATM; ensure cash security.
• Greet lobby customers and direct them appropriately.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Answer calls and support customers per service standards.
• Assist with account reconciliation and check orders.
• Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activity.
