Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Vacaville branch. You will perform deposits, withdrawals and transfers with accuracy and confidentiality, while building relationships and identifying opportunities to offer bank products.

Under guidance from the Branch Manager, you will balance cash drawers, process night drops, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations. On-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build client relationships.
• Excellent numerical literacy and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and perform night drop deposits when required.
• Provide proactive solutions and identify opportunities to cross-sell products.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank procedures and controls.
• Interact with clients to uncover needs and offer appropriate services.
