Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing and opening new accounts following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and device management while adhering to policies.
