Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in product management or technical account management and possess a strong AI-native mindset. You'll have the autonomy to solve real problems and make an impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience with AI and deploying solutions.
• Ability to work with enterprise CX leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts.
• Deploy agents and identify blockers.
• Design AI transformation roadmaps.

Skills

5+ years in PM, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical account ownership

AI-native mindset

Ability to scope webhooks and OAuth flows

Understanding of customer experience

Diagnose deployment problems

Advising on organizational design

Shipping features and measuring outcomes
