Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with at least one major stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Completed four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on with frontier AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Strong end-to-end delivery ownership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to identify AI problems.
• Structure: map current state and turn it into executable specifications.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems, context and retrieval architecture, and integrations.
• Build: ship working agents and automations; prototypes that prove value quickly.
• Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, testing, and environments.
• Consult: present decisions to executives and support pre-sales scoping.
