Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and drive real-world delivery in client environments.

You will operate as a consultant, operator, and engineer, shaping problems, choosing interventions, and owning architecture decisions to ensure durable, production‑grade outcomes. Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Proven experience with APIs, service design, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover by running workshops and process discovery with stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for automated business processes.
• Architect end‑to‑end agentic systems including orchestration, context and retrieval architecture, tools integration, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop checks.
• Build working systems: agents, multi‑step automations, internal tooling, integration layers.
• Own CI/CD for what you build across build, test, release, environments.
• Present to and defend decisions with leadership and support pre‑sales scoping when needed.
