Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect, build, and operate AI-enabled solutions. You’ll work across consulting, operation, and engineering to turn high-value AI use cases into production-grade software within enterprise environments.

You will own discovery, architecture, and delivery, collaborating with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, and shaping proposals with pre-sales support when needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Back-end heavy, full-stack capability.
• Strong production experience in core ecosystems: TypeScript, Node, React, Python, Java, .NET/C#.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops and identify AI problems in business processes.
• Structure the process and the spec: map current state and exceptions; write actionable specs.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems, context and retrieval architecture, integration, guardrails.
