• Experience with workflow orchestration and agent frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP).
• 10+ years translating high-level business needs into technical designs in large organizations.
• 10+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems with clients and shape AI use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise systems.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations into production.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Lead solution architecture including prompts, API integrations, and governance considerations.
• Own solutions from concept to production with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for responsible, secure, and scalable AI deployment.
