Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer in the United States to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work hands-on with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, translating business needs into production-grade workflows.

Role requires deep engineering excellence, clear communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. Travel up to 75% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience with Python, TS/JS, and Java; API integrations and distributed systems.
• Exposure to modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI/Anthropic) and enterprise integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to define AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and data platforms.
• Prototype, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations in production.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure value and usability.
• Lead solution architecture: prompts, workflows, API integrations, enterprise knowledge, security and governance.
• Own the lifecycle from concept to production with quality and reliability accountability.
• Provide technical leadership for responsible, secure AI deployment.
