Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer in the United States (Cleveland, OH) to deliver production-grade AI workflows for enterprise clients. You will work hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and data platforms to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable AI solutions.

The role requires strong engineering depth, excellent communication, and a builder’s mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integration and production systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic) and related services.
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large orgs or professional services.
• 5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms)
• 5+ years client-facing communication and collaboration, including leading technical discussions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Understand client problems and shape AI use cases with technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure value and usability.
• Own architecture design, including prompt design, API integrations, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership for secure, scalable AI deployment.
