Job summary

Turing, based in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Frontier Data Lead – Code to own end-to-end datasets, RL environments, and evals for coding agents and SWE tasks. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and data creators to deliver high-quality data products for frontier AI labs and customers.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll design data pipelines, validation workflows, and automation tools, while collaborating with researchers to align data offerings with

Qualifications

• Post-training experience on SWE tasks and/or building coding agents.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and researchers; hands-on technical leadership.
• Fluency in Python; proficiency in one or more major languages (C++, Java, Go, Rust, JS).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of data quality, pipelines, and team delivery for coding agent / SWE environments.
• Collaborate with frontier labs researchers; interface with engineers to understand needs and co-define success criteria.
• Drive research, sales enablement, and product improvements through data benchmarks, evals, and published work.
• Build internal tools and dashboards to scale data generation and model evaluation workflows.
