Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI & Technology Program Management to own and operationalize a portfolio of frontier AI alliance relationships.

You will deepen product integrations, unlock monetization, and position SentinelOne as a strategic security partner to leading frontier AI labs and model providers. You will report to the VP, AI & Technology Partnerships and translate strategy into active execution, coordinating with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure timely joint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, partner or alliance operations, or business operations within a high-growth technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to operate proactively in ambiguous environments and build structure from first principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive-ready narratives and partner-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize a portfolio of frontier AI alliance relationships.
• Coordinate day-to-day program management, milestones, and cross-functional alignment.
• Build and maintain a program management operating system with plans, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Drive executive-level calendars, QBRs, briefings, and action-item follow-through.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies 30–60 days ahead of impact.
• Coordinate joint product delivery with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, from kickoff to GA.
• Develop partner enablement materials and joint solution narratives for field teams.
• Ensure cross-functional engagement across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security.
