Job summary

EY's Frontier AI team is seeking a senior leader to identify, shape, and scale emerging AI opportunities across EY. You will connect client needs with evolving technologies, leading initiatives from experimentation through capability development, and collaborating with service lines, sectors, and alliances to deliver AI-enabled outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, ML, product development, or related tech disciplines.
• Proven hands-on experimentation, prototyping or building with emerging technologies.
• Experience leading complex tech initiatives spanning technical, business and stakeholder aspects.
• Ability to translate emerging technologies into business value and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI developments externally and within EY to spot capabilities and opportunities.
• Build relationships across service lines, sectors, regions, and ecosystems to understand needs.
• Identify, shape, and lead Frontier AI initiatives aligning tech with client challenges.
• Experiment with emerging tech to understand capabilities, limitations, and applications.
• Design and build experiments, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to validate opportunities.
• Assess opportunities across business value, feasibility, readiness, risk, and adoption.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate and advance new capabilities.
