Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in AI/ML, product development, or solution architecture is expected.
• Proven ability to experiment, prototype, or build with emerging technologies.
• Experience leading technology initiatives spanning technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI developments to identify capabilities and opportunities relevant to clients and EY strategy.
• Build relationships across service lines, sectors, and ecosystems to understand business needs and tech opportunities.
• Identify, shape, and lead Frontier AI initiatives connecting tech with client challenges.
• Experiment with emerging technologies to understand capabilities and limitations.
• Design and build experiments, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to validate opportunities.
• Assess opportunities across business value, feasibility, readiness, risk, and adoption potential.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate and advance new capabilities.
