Job summary

Sift is seeking a senior frontend engineer to own product areas around Sift Agents, collaborating with customers to define dashboards and analysis scripts. You’ll build responsive UI surfaces in the browser, ensure fast interactions, and push performance with modern web tech.

Lead design of streaming responses, long-running tasks, and trustable agent outputs, while collaborating with backend/Full-stack teams on API design. Relocation to LA is possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Own a product area: talk to customers, decide what to build, and ship it.
• Experience building complex, high-performance web apps with React/NextJS/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Talk directly to customers to turn review workflows into agent capabilities and dashboards.
• Build frontend surfaces where Sift Agents live with great UX.
• Design interaction patterns for streaming responses, long-running tasks, and interruptions.
