Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vigilance at store entrances/exits and high-risk areas.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident greeting and eye contact.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks in accordance with safety standards (where applicable).
• Assist in shortages reduction programs and training for associates.
