Sportsmans Warehouse is seeking a front-line Asset Protection professional to support the store and management team. You will deter loss, partner with leadership, and help maintain a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring for suspicious activity, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with policy while engaging customers professionally. Previous retail or security experience is valued; 21+ age required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and work at store front areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional stance at front of store and act as visual deterrent.
• Greet customers and respond to requests; refer to management when needed.
• Monitor store safety and report incidents to Security Operations Center.
• Coordinate crisis response with management during incidents.
• Adhere to company policies and document incidents accurately.
