Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the approved uniform.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Remain at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customer requests to store management or security via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to Security and management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Document required incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate to respond to crises (e.g., violent crimes, natural disasters).
