Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a store environment.
• Strong observation, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy, and refer requests via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to management.
• Coordinate efforts to manage crises and emergencies.
• Perform closing safety sweeps with management.
