Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention team member for our Indianapolis, IN store. You will help deter theft, greet customers, and refer questions to management while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring front-of-store areas, wearing a body worn camera, and documenting incidents. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in retail or security and strong communication abilities.

• 0-2 years retail or security experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty
• Review Store Emergency Response Guide
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect
• Assist customers by directing them to management or customer service
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management
