Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft and support store safety. You will stand at the front of the store, wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and help management with incidents and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in retail or security, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time, in-store role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible deterrent at the front of the store.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and refer requests to management.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
