Job summary

Marshalls in Indianapolis, part of the TJX family, seeks a Loss Prevention team member to deter theft, support store leadership, and protect the TJX brand. You will wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and maintain a visible front-store presence to help create a safe shopping environment.

This role requires strong communication, sound decision making, and the ability to stand for long periods. Retail or security experience is welcomed, with a competitive pay and benefits package aligned

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist via store management or radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Contribute to a safe and compliant store environment.
