Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, protect the store and support store teams. You’ll wear a Body Worn Camera and maintain a visible front-of-store presence.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to requests, reporting incidents to LP, and performing safety sweeps with management. You should be able to stand for long periods and work with integrity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or security experience (0–2 years) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper front-of-store stance and professional conduct.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft and dishonesty.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, assist and refer to management as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
