Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Front Services Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead the Front Services team and set a welcoming tone for guests from arrival. You will drive personalized service and team motivation to deliver WOW moments that guests remember long after their stay.

The role emphasizes overseeing department operations, coordinating with valet, and maintaining a safe, efficient front desk environment across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations.
• Experience leading union team members and working within a collective bargaining environment preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, multi-lingual highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Services department operations and staff in alignment with the department's strategic plan.
• Manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned departments, including scheduling, training, and succession planning with diversity commitment.
• Coordinate guest service arrangements with Valet operations for group travel, luggage, and transport needs.
• Respond to emergency situations following departmental procedures and assist Security.
