Job summary

Park MGM, operated by MGM Resorts International, is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead the EVS team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide scheduling, training, coaching, and compliance to maintain pristine public areas, offices, and casino spaces.

As a supervisor, you will ensure responsive guest service, coordinate with Facilities on maintenance, and drive WOW moments that guests remember long after their stay.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Experience supervising EVS or similar hospitality teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of EVS employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Provide direction to maintain the highest cleanliness standards across casino, public areas, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Manage employee questions and guest concerns, ensuring procedures and standards are followed during the shift.
• Conduct daily inspections, pre-shift briefings, and team updates; provide training and ensure compliance.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with Facilities to address maintenance issues.
