Wynn Resorts’ Encore Boston Harbor is seeking an Assistant Front Service Manager to oversee Valet and Bell operations, guest arrivals, luggage handling, and transportation coordination. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff performance, and ensure adherence to Encore standards.

The role requires leadership experience in Bell/Door or Valet, strong organizational skills, and English fluency. A high school diploma is required, with hospitality education preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Bell/Door or Valet experience.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English required; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages valet and bell operations including guest arrival and luggage handling.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and employee engagement within the department.
• Oversees cash handling, parking procedures, and transportation arrangements.
• Maintains safety and compliance with company standards and regulations.
