Job summary

Veterinary System Services, Inc. is seeking individuals with front desk experience to work with over 100 veterinary clinics along the Front Range. You can tailor your schedule from 4 hours to 40 hours per week, choosing shifts and locations via our portal.

Training will cover clinic-specific front desk duties while you log into our system to select the best fits for your family. VSS has built a strong reputation for supportive employment in the Denver market.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Ability to log into our portal and choose shifts including location.
• Willingness to learn veterinary front desk duties.

Responsibilities

If you have previous front desk experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, and you want the flexibility to make your own schedule that works for your family, you will want to work with VSS. At Veterinary System Services we work with over 100 Veterinary clinics on the Front Range. We have Clients looking for front desk coverage in their practice, urgent care, hospital or general practice. You can work 4 hours a week or 40. That is up to you.

We will take your experience answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payment and train you on specific Veterinary front desk duties. You will log on to our portal and choose the shift that works best for you including location. Sounds too good to be true? It isn't.
