Nextran Corporation, a network of commercial truck dealerships, seeks a Parts Counter Sales professional in Jacksonville, FL. You will assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email, delivering friendly, efficient service and processing sales and orders.

The role involves upselling related parts, handling outbound calls, and ensuring accurate stock fulfillment. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in parts counter sales or equivalent sales/industry background.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• MS Office and computer literacy.
• Team-player attitude at all times.
• Customer-focused service approach.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task between in-person and phone customers.
• High school diploma.

Parts Counter Sales is responsible for selling parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or via email and phone in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Provides exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Processes sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upsells companion part requirements and specials.
• Performs outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Prepares parts including order filling from stock.

Ideal Candidates Posses:

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Team-player attitude at all times!
• Customer-focused service approach
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone.
• High school diploma
