Nextran Truck Centers in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative to deliver excellent customer service at the front counter and by phone. You will handle parts transactions, upsell related items, and contribute to sales growth.

Ideal candidates demonstrate hospitality, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in busy retail environments. This role offers team collaboration, ongoing growth opportunities, and competitive benefits.

• Experience providing customer service at a retail counter.

As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter (or over the phone)
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Upselling of companion part requirements and specials
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts
• Parts preparation (including order filling from stock)
