Nextran Corporation’s Nextran Truck Centers Jacksonville is seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to help customers locate and purchase truck parts over the counter, by email, or by phone.

You will process sales, upsell related items, place orders from stock, and support the shop team. Ideal candidates bring at least one year in parts sales, automotive experience preferred, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in parts counter sales or equivalent sales/industry experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• MS Office and computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Sell parts over the counter, through the shop, email, and phone with friendly, efficient service.
• Process sales transactions professionally and accurately.
• Upsell companion part requirements and specials to customers.
• Perform outbound sales calls for assigned accounts and place parts orders from stock.

Parts Counter Sales is responsible for selling parts to all customers over the counter through the shop or via email and phone in a friendly and efficient manner Provides exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone Processes sales transactions in a friendly professional and efficient manner Upsells companion part requirements and specials Performs outbound sales calls for assigned targeted accounts Prepares parts including order filling from stock

Ideal Candidates

• Posses One year of experience in parts counter sales andor equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Team player attitude at all times
• Customer focused service approach
• Problem solving capabilities
• Ability to multi task and prioritize between in person customers and those on the phone
• High school diploma
