Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe, AZ is seeking a customer-focused Front Parts Counter Associate to manage the parts sales process from start to finish and provide knowledgeable service to internal and external customers.

You will assist with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, process orders, coordinate with vendors, and help ensure efficient parts department operations. The role requires GM/Isuzu Parts Catalog experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year GM/Isuzu Parts Catalog experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and parts catalogs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
• Assist customers in person and by phone with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and product information
• Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status
• Source and locate parts through outside vendors when necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external customers
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work area
• Support daily parts department operations and workflow
• Assist with the annual parts inventory

Pay: $1,500/month Base + Commission
