Job summary

Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a customer-focused Parts Associate to join our parts department. You will oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, assist customers by phone and in person, and help maintain accurate inventory and pricing.

You'll work with vendors and internal teams to locate parts, process orders, and provide exceptional service. The role requires automotive parts experience and a team-oriented mindset, with a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accountability are essential.
• Clear communication and teamwork are expected.
• Automotive parts experience is required; Chrysler exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Assist customers by phone and in person with parts inquiries, pricing, and product information.
• Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts availability and order status.
• Source and locate parts from outside vendors when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external customers.
• Maintain an organized work area while supporting daily parts department operations.
