Responsibilities

• Guest reception and professional service standards
• Check-in and check-out procedures
• Reservations and guest information management
• Responding to guest inquiries and special requests
• Handling guest concerns and resolving service issues
• Communication and coordination with housekeeping and other hotel departments
• Maintaining accurate guest records and front office documentation
• Understanding hotel policies, operating procedures and service expectations
• Developing problem-solving, teamwork and professional communication skills
