Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Portfolio Support Associate to sit with the front office, directly supporting traders and Portfolio Managers. This role offers full portfolio support, exposure to both Equity and Fixed Income, and a fast-paced environment.

Expect 3–6 years of experience, 4 days in the office, and a base salary of 110k–150k with a potential bonus up to 25k–80k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Full trade life-cycle experience including booking trades.
• Experience working with traders or Portfolio Managers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity markets.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree from a top school with strong academic record.
• Experience with Aladdin is a big plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in a front-office support role.

Responsibilities

• Trade and Order Management support for the Portfolio Managers.
• Produce risk, exposure, and performance reports.
• Assess daily workflows and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in setting up and amending portfolios.
• Provide general support for both Equity and Fixed Income PMs.
