Qualifications

• Experience executing trades and negotiating with brokers.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, microstructure, liquidity, and execution strategies.
• Analytical and technically proficient with modern trading platforms.
• Ability to operate in a high-performance, collaborative investment environment.
• Strong judgment and timely decision-making in a fast-moving market.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving trading workflows.
• 3+ years of relevant execution trading experience across asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades across front-office systems for hedged and long-only equity strategies.
• Monitor pre-trade, real-time, and post-trade activity to improve execution quality.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to assess liquidity and minimize costs.
• Provide market color and insights to investment professionals.
• Develop relationships with brokers, counterparties, and market participants.
• Evaluate and implement new trading technology and transaction cost analysis tools.
• Participate in industry forums and vendor relationships.
• Understand brokerage and liquidity models to optimize execution and capital.
