Job summary

A leading staffing agency in New York is seeking a motivated individual for a critical role in Global Markets, supporting the Front office FICC Mortgages business. This long-term contract position requires 3 days onsite per week. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of FI Derivatives Bonds, MTGE Loans, and possess strong application support and problem diagnosis skills. Responsibilities

• Support Front office FICC Mortgages business by collaborating with teams.
• Jump in to investigate issues and resolve problems effectively.
• Manage user query mailbox and respond in a timely manner.
• Resolve feed support issues for Autosys and Python batches.
• Monitor critical trading system environments using ITRS.
• Provide timely and accurate user notifications for incidents.
