University Gynecologic Oncology (UGO) is a leader in oncology care for women with cancers of the female reproductive tract. Dr. Guilherme Cantuaria, Dr. Oi-Wah Stephanie Yap, and Dr. Meaghan Tenneys specialize in cutting-edge treatment, research, and rehabilitation for women with gynecologic cancers.

Job Description

Responsible for directing and supervising front office staff in the daily operations of the medical practice.

Required Qualifications
  1. High School diploma, equivalent education (GED), or post-secondary education.
  2. Five (5) years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  2. Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to manage time effectively for oneself and others.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Basic math skills.
