Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years healthcare or clinical administrative experience required.
• Progressive leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) strongly preferred based on patient population needs.
• Experience with scheduling systems, patient registration, insurance verification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and optimizes provider scheduling to meet access standards, visit mix, and productivity goals.
• Manages front office inventory and supply levels, ensuring timely procurement with policy controls.
• Reviews, reconciles, and resolves billing-related errors prior to submission for accuracy.
• Drives exceptional patient experience and a culture of service excellence.
• Builds and maintains efficient front office workflows for daily operations.
• Oversees staffing schedules for Patient Service Representatives.
• Monitors appointment reminders and implements strategies to reduce no-show rates.
