Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid Drivers' License.
• Experience in hospitality/tourism is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Office Clerks, coaching, training, and development.
• Greet guests at the front counter, assist with check-in/check-out, and complete reservations.
• Process reservations in Resort Suite and reconcile daily receipts.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the office and during site visits.
• Maintain office and lobby cleanliness and safety standards.
• Log and return guest lost and found; support security binder and after-hours duties.
